Jennifer Davis is a Senior Partner at the firm OSC Leadership Performance and has three decades of experience focused on leadership development across North America and Asia.
Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in psychology, is a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation and is certified in several psychometric assessments. She has provided coaching certification training and supervision for 10 years and has over 20,000 hours of delivered coaching and psychotherapy.
Jennifer has spent most of her career working in multi-cultural, multi-stakeholder, complex organisations that are highly customer centric. Her experience in the fields of executive coaching, psychology, and transformational change provides a unique framework for understanding how to develop leadership capacities for greater integration, purpose and impact.
Originally from the United States of America, Jennifer has been based in Singapore and has worked extensively across the region for the past 12 years
