Persona Puzzle
The Persona Puzzle is a concept to describe the multiple facets that create each of us. Some of these facets are conscious and understood, other facets are hidden or have not been brought to our current awareness.
WHY
Individuals do what they do, and the meaning derived from behaviours exhibited
WHAT
The data of how an individual responds to the external environment and the perceptions of other (psychometric assessments)
HOW
Tools such as training, coaching, and on-the-job experimenting that are focused on learning the new desired behaviours
OSC adopts an approach to learning that is grounded in developmental psychology and applied neuroscience. All our learning journeys begin with an exploration of the key mindsets, behaviours and assumptions that may inhibit or accelerate development, then builds on the tools and skills required to be more successful as leaders. Typically developmental journeys define clearly the key behaviours they want to see (what) and the learning pathway (how) but fail to understand (why) participants may not readily change behaviour. We begin from a place of why to better define a more robust learning journey that results in higher engagement and retention, but most importantly, sustained behavioural change.
