OSC Leadership Development was founded in Singapore in 2010 by Dr Saba Hasanie.
OSC was created to bring greater psychological depth to leadership development.
From the outset, our work has combined psychology, applied neurOSCience, organizational research and coaching expertise to look beneath visible behavior and understand the deeper patterns shaping how leaders think, act and influence.
Since then, OSC has grown from its roots in Asia into a global leadership development practice. Today, our core team and international network of coaches partner with clients across markets and cultures, combining global perspective with a deep understanding of local context.
Our work has also expanded in scale. What began with individual coaching now encompasses organizational programs, team development and executive coaching, helping organizations create meaningful and sustained change at every level.
