Dr. Louise Kovacs has extensive experience as a business leader, executive coach and leadership development consultant. She provides individual coaching, team coaching, and group facilitation. Prior to joining OSC she was Managing Director of leadership performance consultancy Madston Black Singapore.
Louise has global experience coaching in a wide-range of industries and with clients from high-potential talent to C-suite. She is particularly experienced in working with clients who are navigating increasing levels of complexity and rapid change, facilitating their development to lead effectively in these challenging environments. Her business experience includes 15 years in management, sales, strategy and HR roles within the technology industry within both large corporations and start-ups (including several NASDAQ IPOs).
Louise holds a Masters in Coaching Psychology and HRM, and Doctorate in Executive Coaching in an Era of Complexity. She is a published author in peer-reviewed journals and regular speaker at academic and coaching conferences.
