Role Overview

OSC Leadership Development is seeking a strategic, creative, and hands-on Go-To-Market (GTM) Marketing Manager to establish and lead our marketing function.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how OSC tells its story to clients, partners, and a growing community of leaders worldwide. As OSC’s first dedicated marketing manager, you will build the foundation for how we plan, execute, and measure marketing across both B2B and B2C audiences.

The role will lead two key streams of work:

  • B2B Marketing: Strengthening and sharpening the messaging of an already established brand, and developing a structured plan to profile OSC’s partners, programmes, and organisational story across platforms and markets.
  • B2C Marketing: Building this function from the ground up by establishing systems, processes, and digital channels to reach individual learners and coaches with our leadership and certification offerings.

Responsibilities:

Go-To-Market Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and lead go-to-market strategies for both B2B and B2C parts of the organisation.
  • Define audience segments, positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that align with OSC’s growth priorities.
  • Partner with the leadership team to translate strategic goals into clear, actionable marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and manage an annual marketing roadmap and calendar integrating digital, content, and experiential campaigns.

Campaign & Content Execution

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels (LinkedIn, email, website, YouTube, paid media, and events).
  • Implement and monitor SEO and SEM strategies to increase visibility, web traffic, and marketing contribution to lead generation, conversion, and client engagement.
  • Oversee all stages of campaign delivery, from creative concepting and asset design to implementation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Sales & Business Enablement

  • Collaborate with business leaders to design marketing campaigns and collateral that support key accounts and partnerships.
  • Create sales enablement tools including decks, brochures, one-pagers, videos, and case studies.

Market Insights & Analytics

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager etc.) and report insights to leadership.
  • Use data and market research to refine targeting, content strategy, and channel selection.
  • Track competitor activity and emerging trends in leadership, learning, and organisational transformation.

Preferred qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing, ideally with B2C and B2B within professional services, consulting, or learning and development.
  • Proven experience in content creation, campaign execution, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for executive audiences.
  • Proficiency in marketing and design tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong understanding of the customer journey and long-cycle relationship marketing.
  • Excellent project management, multitasking, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
