Nina has extensive experience working closely with leaders and senior management teams, supporting and counselling them on their ongoing critical communications, often during times of acute pressure and change. She has a strong financial markets background from a career in investor relations, investment banking and strategic corporate communications.
She coaches leaders on a one-to-one basis, provides team coaching and group facilitation, creating a safe reflective space to think and challenge assumptions. Nina takes an applied neuroscience and coaching psychology approach to help clients consider their motivations, and how their behaviour impacts their teams and the broader organisation. She is passionate about supporting leaders as they navigate the complexity and uncertainty associated with change, as well as becoming better people managers, helping teams and, in turn, their organisations, grow.
Nina has a Master’s Degree in Change from INSEAD and has pursued further study in Group Relations from a systems psychodynamic perspective.
