How long does it take to create meaningful leadership change?
Meaningful leadership change unfolds in two stages: insight can happen quickly but embedding it into day-to-day leadership takes longer and requires sustained practice in real situations.
A leader may recognize a pattern in a conversation, workshop or coaching session that changes how they see themselves and others.
Turning that insight into lasting behavior is a longer process. New behaviors must be practiced, tested and reinforced. Teams and organizations must also create conditions that support the change rather than pulling leaders back toward familiar patterns.
OSC approaches meaningful leadership development as a journey rather than an event. The goal is not temporary inspiration. It is sustainable change in how leaders think, relate and lead.
