How do I help senior leaders navigate AI transformation?

Updated July 30, 2026

Helping senior leaders navigate AI transformation requires working at the level the disruption is operating at, which is identity, mindset, and behavior, not tools and skills. AI is not primarily a technology problem for senior leaders. It changes what a leader is for: the expertise that used to be their authority is no longer scarce, decisions are being made faster and at scale by systems they don’t fully understand, and the people they lead are using tools they haven’t mastered. That is identity-level pressure, and it cannot be met with another training module.

At OSC, we help organizations address this through three modes of work: individual executive coaching, leadership team development, and multi-module organizational programs. All three are grounded in the Origins Map™, OSC’s proprietary framework for decoding the behavioral and psychological patterns that shape how leaders respond under pressure. The organizations getting traction through AI disruption are investing in the human side of the transformation in parallel with the technical side, building leaders who can carry the change, not just leaders who can use the technology.
