The Origins Map™ invites reflection on experiences that may have shaped how a person relates to authority, trust, belonging, emotion, the wider world and themselves.

This work requires care. Certification is designed to support an approach that is:

The Origins Map™ is not a therapeutic or clinical diagnostic tool. Its purpose is to help people understand how earlier experiences may continue to influence present-day leadership and expand their capacity to respond differently.

The certification pathway

Origins Map™ Certification combines structured learning, applied practice and assessment.

The pathway is designed to build capability across four connected areas:

  1. Foundations: the Origins philosophy, developmental principles and six fields.
  2. Profile interpretation: understanding the Profile’s themes, insights and limitations.
  3. Applied developmental practice: facilitating conversations and connecting insight to leadership context.
  4. Responsible professional use: demonstrating informed, ethical and  appropriately bounded use of the framework.
